subzero moments: i would welcome the cold . . .
. . . if only accompanied by snow. clothed in two layers of bottoms and three layers of tops, including a down jacket, i declare war on the cold. the crunching hoarfrost entertains my feet. the stream runs swiftly under ice, reminding me life continues under the icy chill cloaking the Northeast.
